Dianne Zellers was born in Hollywood, California. She was raised in Clearwater Beach Florida until the age of 18 when her family moved back to Southern California.  She started singing and writing music on the piano at the age of 9. 

Dianne has been living in the San Francisco area since 2005 and has been building a reputation as a strong vocalist who is easy to work with and quickly catching the attention of some of the finest musicians in Northern California. Her jazzy / blues sound is sultry, sexy and captivating. Her original music is soulful and contemporary with deep and heartfelt lyrics.

She spent 10 years singing in the Los Angeles area and had the fortunate opportunity to study with some of the most talented choral and vocal directors in California. She has performed in venues like: The Shrine - Hollywood, CA., The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza - Thousand Oaks, CA.,  Palm Springs Convention Center - Palm Springs, CA.,  Oxnard Performing Arts Plaza -  Oxnard, CA., Biscuits & Blues - San Francisco, CA., Swig - San Francisco, CA., Sweetwater - Mill Valley, CA., The Sweetwater Station - Larkspur, CA. 19 Broadway - Fairfax, CA., Peri's - Fairfax, CA., The Sleeping Lady - Fairfax, CA., The Starry Plough - Berkley, CA., Le Cave - Paris France, Le Baiser Sale, Paris, France...and many more.

Dianne has studied under the instruction of many greats such as: Martin Grusen, San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Tony Davis, Boston School of Music, and Janet Russel, whom she considers to be the best vocal instructor she'd ever met.  Janet Russell with the La Jolla School of Music, (the singer's workshop) taught Dianne to believe in her music and just sing. She also tolerated no falsetto which pushed Dianne to work hard to hit high range notes in full belt with a strong clear sound.

Dianne has been performing in the San Francisco / Bay area since 2005, now does solo shows as well as performs with her 10 pc funk band.  She hopes to record her first album soon!
